Hot rolled pure iron slab is a product derived from this pure iron material. The slab is heated and then rolled through rough rolling mills and finishing mills to form strip material. The hot strip from the last rolling mill of the finishing mill is cooled to a set temperature through laminar cooling and then rolled into a coil by a coiler. The cooled coil can then be further processed into steel plates, flat coils, or slit steel strips through various finishing lines, including flattening, straightening, cross-cutting or longitudinal cutting, inspection, weighing, packaging, and marking.

 

Hot rolled pure iron products are characterized by high strength, good toughness, ease of processing, and excellent welding properties. Due to these properties, they are widely used in various manufacturing industries, such as shipbuilding, automobiles, bridges, construction, machinery, and pressure vessels.
