Composition & Characteristics

Ultra-High Purity: 99.8%~99.95% iron content, with controlled levels of carbon (<0.003%), sulfur, and phosphorus to prevent magnetic aging.

Manufacturing Process

1.Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM): Removes gases (O₂, N₂) and volatile impurities under <10⁻³ mbar vacuum.

2.Electroslag Remelting (ESR): Eliminates non-metallic inclusions via CaF₂-CaO-Al₂O₃ slag, achieving ≤5 µm inclusion size.

3.Cold Rolling & Annealing: Produces ultra-thin laminations (0.1–0.5 mm) with controlled grain structure (ASTM No. 6–8).
