Q: How is the material packaged to prevent rust during storage?

A: Standard packaging is in bulk bags or on wooden pallets. We apply a light, industry-standard anti-rust oil that burns off cleanly during melting without affecting furnace chemistry or air quality. For critical applications, we can provide material with a minimal oil coating or discuss alternative options.

Q: Can you supply material with even lower gas content for vacuum induction melting (VIM)?

A: Absolutely. We offer a "VIM-Grade" with guaranteed O₂ ≤ 30ppm and H₂ ≤ 1.5ppm. Please specify this requirement when requesting a quote for vacuum melting applications.
