The working principle of electromagnetic pure iron mainly involves the working principle of electromagnets and the application of electromagnetic pure iron in electromagnets.

Working principle of electromagnets
The working principle of electromagnets is to wind a conductive winding around the outside of the iron core. When power is turned on, the winding generates a magnetic field, magnetizing the iron core and making it magnetic. Specifically:

Magnetization process: When the iron core is inserted into the energized solenoid, the iron core is magnetized by the magnetic field of the energized solenoid, and the magnetized iron core also becomes a magnet. The two magnetic fields are superimposed on each other, thereby greatly enhancing the magnetism of the solenoid.

Magnetic field enhancement: In order to make the magnetism of the electromagnet stronger, the iron core is usually made into a horseshoe shape. The winding direction of the coil on the horseshoe iron core is opposite, one side is clockwise, and the other side must be counterclockwise, otherwise the magnetism will cancel each other out.

Material selection: The iron core of the electromagnet is usually made of soft iron or silicon steel, because these materials demagnetize quickly and the magnetism disappears immediately after power is turned off.
